    Even though it is certainly not illegal to do so, most people probably should not try to eat and drive at the same time. You will then be asked to put on your snorkel, mask, and the fins that you brought with you and go about 300 yards or meters for the next segment of the training. Finally, you will have to tread water for at least 10 minutes. Keep in mind that the only test that is actually timed is the distance swim.Before you are allowed to begin any professional and accredited scuba training course, you will need to make sure you are healthy and fit enough to do it. If you choose to hide information about your health, you will probably get in, because the process is not that hard. Being underwater with health problems is not worth hiding the information. Hiding your health is really easy, because all you have to do is fill out a form answering questions about your fitness. Being allowed to start the class only requires you to sign the form that you have nothing wrong with you. Going underwater is not like some things where health isn't as important, so make sure you know for sure that diving is all right for you.
